2019 End of Year BBQ & Awards

Once again we're holding our end of year BBQ and awards day.
The idea is you bring a plate of something you caught / cooked / made / bought
We put all the plates on the table and everyone helps themselves.
The Club is also putting on a free feed and a few light beers, soft-drinks and water.
Bring a chair, you can also bring your own food and drinks if you want.

There will be a few announcements including a change in name for the Club and updates on our future Clubhouse.
I've invited several other fishing clubs to join us and several Logan City Mayoral and Council candidates have also confirmed they will be attending.
I'd like to give them the message that fishing is important to the local community, so the more people that turn up, the better.
Bring your family, friends and relatives - everyone welcome.

We will be holding a raffle and also announcing the winner of our current on-line raffle - a full day for two people onboard Frenzy Charters.

We'll also be handing out trophies for the year's winners

Hi,

We are going to need extra tables to put the food out on so if anyone can help out that would be great.

We will need some help before the party starts to erect the clubs gazebo's & set up. I will get Ron to do a post regarding this as he has the Gazebo's and the club BBQ.

Hi People,

Unfortunately I won't be able to make this years end of year BBQ and Awards due to circumstances that have arisen.

I wish everyone the best, hope we get much needed rain and a better New Year

Aww geez bondy i for one and your good mate prawnin pete will sorely miss your presence.   Hope your circumstances are not too serious to prevent you from wetting your pots and dropping a line. Ps.  If you win the most fish caught biggest crab award i will accept it for you and put it alongside my many  fishing trophys.... it wont get lonely there and have plenty of company.. Catch you soon before xmas.....till then cheers stay healthy😏😏

What can I say Frank, ce la vie. I'm just about to check my pots again and most likely bring them home for another day. I'll be trying to get a bullshark soon, good tucker, will go down well with amber fluid.
