Had a request from my lovely wife so Iím at it again on race day. With an apple juice injected, stuffed with grated apple  n bacon wrapped pork leg with separate crackle. Iíll put up an after photo hereís the before

    Just a gas oven rosco. Basting about every 1/2 hour in the pan/apple juices. This is about two hours in.
