Good luck during the day. My better ones have always been at night or dawn but you might find some hanging under the mullet schools when they start to run eating the mullet poo.

Other option for big daylight bream is fish marinas or around docked trawlers

At 70 night time in winter is out so far a yabbi with a split shot on top off hook thrown up stream is the go and I think 3 days before new moon on a run up around snags
